OUR TEAMS

Warwick Squash competes at the university and county level in the BUCS and Warwickshire Leagues.

After one year without fixtures due to the pandemic, we're ready to get back to representing the uni again in 2021/22!

BUCS

Currently there are 3 Men's BUCS teams:

The 1st Team is made up of 5 players and currently competes in Midlands Tier 1
The 2nd Team is made up of 5 players and currently competes in Midlands Tier 1
The 3rd Team is made up of 3 player and currently competes in Midlands Tier 3B

There are also 2 Women's BUCS teams, each made up on 4 players and competing in Midlands Tier 1A and Tier 2B.

The Teams will be selected by Monday midday for each upcoming match on Wednesday.

Not everyone in the team is able to play every week due to injuries and timetable clashes so even if you are ranked lower in the club you will likely still get a chance to play BUCS!

Warwickshire

Currently there are 4 Warwickshire teams each consisting of 5 players:

The 1st Team currently competes in division 2
The 2nd Team currently competes in division 5
The 3rd Team currently competes in division 7
The 4th team currently competes in division 7

Teams are selected on the weekend for matches to be played mostly on Monday evenings.

Despite there only being 20 spots in the teams, matches are played each week meaning most ranked members play in Warwickshire. This league is more relaxed than BUCS but still a great opportunity to play other clubs.
